Survey types

Create custom surveys or start from NPS, CSAT and CES presets. Supported fields include text, choice, ratings, stars, yes/no, email, phone, number, date and URL.

Triggers

Surveys can trigger on page patterns, delay, message count, conversation milestones, returning visitors, exit intent, UTM values or identified users.

Conditional logic

Add rules such as: when Question 1 equals Yes, show Question 2; when a score is low, reveal an open comment question.

NPS

Scores 9–10 are Promoters, 7–8 Passives and 0–6 Detractors. MBio calculates NPS as percentage of Promoters minus percentage of Detractors.
