Give each team member only the access they need for a specific website workspace.
Website roles
Available site roles include Site Admin, AI Manager, Support Agent, Sales Agent, Analyst and Viewer. Workspace owners and global admins retain full access.
Recommended access
Support agents should focus on Inbox and contact context; AI managers can tune models and RAG; analysts can review reporting without changing chatbot behavior.
Least privilege
Assign the lowest role that allows a person to do their job. Review website assignments when team responsibilities change.
