Knowledge sync history & change detection

Track scheduled/manual RAG refreshes and avoid re-embedding unchanged single-page sources.

History

Every automatic or manual source refresh creates a sync-run record with trigger, status, pages, chunks and errors.

Change detection

For single-page recurring sources MBio computes a SHA-256 hash of cleaned page text. If the content is unchanged, the source is marked unchanged and embeddings are not regenerated.

Operations

Use Sync now for urgent pricing or policy updates. Keep the queue and crawler Cron jobs running to process scheduled work.
