AI message usage is measured against the workspace plan. Additional credits or add-ons can extend capacity where enabled.

Plans can control monthly messages, number of sites, knowledge capacity and premium capabilities such as white label or agency functions.

Use the billing portal for supported subscription changes, payment-method management and invoices when Stripe is configured.
