Pipeline stages
Open Admin → CRM pipeline to move contacts between New, Qualified, Opportunity, Customer and Lost. Stage changes are written to the contact timeline.
Notes, tags and owners
Open a contact to assign a teammate, add internal notes and maintain tags such as vip, agency or renewal. These fields are private to your team.
Duplicate merge
The duplicate detector looks for exact matching email or phone values. Review both records before merging. Conversations, leads, timeline entries and notes are moved to the kept contact.
CSV import/export
Contacts can be exported as CSV or imported with headers such as name,email,phone,company,language,stage,tags. Validate large migrations in staging first.
