Getting started with MBio AI Chat
Create your workspace, train the AI, configure your website and publish your assistant in a few minutes.
Your setup path
MBio AI Chat is built around a simple flow: create a site, teach the assistant what it should know, configure conversion behavior, then install the widget.
- Open Sites and create or review your website.
- Add approved business information in Knowledge.
- Choose your assistant goal and conversion settings in Growth suite.
- Customize colors, name and appearance in Branding.
- Copy the script from Install widget and paste it before the closing
</body>tag.
Recommended first test
Open your website in a private browser window and ask five questions a real prospect would ask: pricing, product fit, support, a difficult knowledge question and a request to speak with a person.
Do not send production traffic until the AI answers your core sales and support questions correctly.
What to monitor after launch
Use Overview and Analytics to monitor conversations, lead conversion, buying intent, knowledge gaps and quote requests. Review the Team Inbox regularly so high-value visitors can receive human help when needed.
